Door opener
The door opener is the component that releases the entrance door lock when receiving the command from inside. Tegui/BTicino offers three types according to the unlocking mechanism:
Normal NT door opener
Unlocks while current is applied: you need to hold the button pressed or keep the timed relay active.
References OE5601 (long NT with latch) and OE5604 (embedded NT) are currently not available in store. Check availability with us.
Automatic AT door opener
Unlocks with a brief electric pulse: no need to hold the button.
Reference OE5611 (long AT with latch) is currently not available in store. Check availability with us.
ADT Automatic door opener with unlocking
Similar to AT but includes an additional lever for unlocking. References OE5620 and OE5631 are currently not available in store. Check availability with us.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between an NT and AT door opener?
The NT (Normal) requires the current to be applied for the entire time you want the door to remain open. The AT (Automatic) opens with a brief pulse and stays unlocked until the door closes, without needing to hold the button. For video intercom installations, AT is the most convenient option.
Are the decorative frames compatible with all series?
The panel frames (375471–375484) are compatible with Sfera New and Serie 7. The frames for monitors and phones (374025–374026) are specific to Serie 8 and Classe 100. Always check compatibility before ordering.
When to use an angled box?
When the panel must be installed on a corner or on a wall angled relative to the entrance, and the module's camera adjustment is not enough to properly frame the entry area.
Do OE replacement frames require construction work?
No. They are specifically designed to replace old panels using the existing space, without the need to chisel or enlarge the box. They are the ideal solution for renovations in buildings with Serie 7 or Serie Europa installations.
