• What's included and the number of units in the pack.

Frequently asked questions

Are all two-wire handsets interchangeable?

Do not assume compatibility based on the number of wires. Check the technology, reference, and installation wiring diagram.

Does a universal handset work with any door entry system?

The term "universal" does not guarantee compatibility with all systems. Check the documented requirements and equivalents for the specific model.

Is a handset pack a complete door entry kit?

Not necessarily. Check the units and components listed in the product specifications; do not assume that the entrance panel or power supply is included.

Can I replace a monitor with a handset?

This modification requires checking the system and available features. Compatibility and installation must be verified by a qualified installer.
