🕒 Returns Period

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from receipt of the order, in accordance with current legislation, provided that the product has not been installed, used, handled, or unsealed, and is in perfect condition for resale.


❌ Products Not Eligible for Return

Due to the technical nature of the products sold, returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or handled

  • Electrical or electronic equipment once opened or unsealed

  • Made-to-order, customized products, or specific references expressly requested

  • Items that do not retain their original packaging or show signs of damage

These conditions are necessary to ensure the quality and reliability of the products supplied to all our customers.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error attributable to Tegui-Distel (incorrect product supplied or manufacturing defect).


💳 Refunds

Once the product has been received at our facilities and its condition verified, the corresponding refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 7 business days.
