At Tegui-Distel, we work to ensure that orders are handled quickly and efficiently, always maintaining full traceability and the safety of the shipped materials.

📦 Order Preparation

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours, as we keep permanent stock of more than 99% of our standard product references in our warehouse.

In the case of:

  • Made-to-order products

  • Items with limited availability

  • Special or large-volume orders

Preparation and delivery times may vary. In such cases, our team will inform the customer in advance of the estimated timeframe before shipment.

Shipments are made exclusively within mainland Spain, unless a prior and explicit agreement has been made with the customer.

For shipments to other areas or special destinations, we recommend contacting our team before placing the order.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process, based on the destination, weight, and volume of the order.

The exact shipping cost will be shown to the customer before confirming the purchase.

⏱️ Delivery Times

The indicated delivery times are approximate and may be affected by circumstances beyond Tegui-Distel’s control, such as logistical incidents, weather conditions, or delays attributable to the transport company.

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, Tegui-Distel is not responsible for delays resulting from the transport company’s operations.

However, our team will make the necessary efforts to assist the customer with shipment tracking and the resolution of any incidents.
