Power supplies for Tegui door entry and video door entry systems

Find power supplies for maintaining or replacing door entry and video door entry equipment. Choose the reference specified for your system: power supplies should not be assumed to be interchangeable based on their appearance, brand, or number of wires.

How to choose a power supply

• Identify the reference of the existing equipment.
• Check the installation system and the manufacturer's wiring diagram.
• Verify the voltages, outputs, capacity, and mounting requirements in the model documentation.
• Confirm any replacement using compatibility documentation.

Frequently asked questions

Are all Tegui power supplies suitable for any door entry system?

No. Each reference must be selected for the corresponding system and equipment. Universal compatibility with Tegui or BTicino should not be assumed.

Is a video selector a power supply?

They perform different functions. Identify whether you need a power supply or a signal distribution or selection component.

Can I choose one based only on voltage?

No. You must also check the outputs, capacity, system, and requirements in the installation diagram.

Who should check and replace it?

A qualified installer should identify the fault and verify the reference and connections before working on it. Do not perform power supply tests without a verified wiring diagram.
