Find replacement parts for Tegui and BTicino automatic door entry systems and video door entry systems: repair parts and individual units for replacing components in an existing installation. A replacement part can be a push button, a power supply, an audio handset, or a complete monitor, provided its compatibility with the installation has been confirmed.

Spare parts to repair or replace your equipment

• Replacement monitors and audio handsets: indoor units for replacing a faulty or worn-out unit.
• Power supplies and audio units: power and communication components that must be selected by reference and system.
• Door panel parts: push-button cassettes, electronic modules, viewing windows, front panels, and covers.
• Other replacement parts and accessories: speakers, capsules, lamps, buzzers, door releases, brackets, and frames.

How to choose the right replacement part

Find the manufacturer's reference on the equipment or in its documentation and compare it with the product details. Also check the series, the installation system, and the mounting requirements. Tegui and BTicino are different brands: do not assume that their references are interchangeable.

For older installations, don't choose a replacement based on appearance alone. The reference for the door panel, power supply, and indoor unit allows the installer to check whether the replacement is suitable.

Frequently asked questions about replacement parts

Is a video door entry monitor a replacement part?

Yes. A monitor sold separately can be used as a replacement unit. It is not a complete kit, and buying it does not guarantee that it can be connected directly to any installation.

Can I replace just the audio handset or monitor?

It depends on the model and the existing installation. Before buying, check that the replacement unit is compatible and whether it requires a base, adapter, or specific configuration.

Are all two-wire systems compatible?

Compatibility should not be assumed just because a system has two wires. You need to check the references and technical documentation for the specific system.

Does “replacement part” mean a used product?

No. The products we sell are new. “Replacement part” describes its use for repair or replacement, not its condition.

Where are the spare parts shipped from?

Tegui Distel orders are shipped from Spain. Check availability and shipping terms when placing your order.
