According to European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive 2023/2673/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, without any need for justification.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal?

Important conditions
- The 14-day period starts from the date the order is received.
- The product must be uninstalled, unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error attributable to Tegui-Distel.
- Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days using the same payment method.
- Products that are installed, used, unsealed, made to order, or customized are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
