A nameplate holder template is a document for printing and cutting out the name cards for an entry panel or video entry panel. The module or nameplate holder is the physical part: these are different needs.

I don’t know which panel series I have

First, identify the panel. Tell us the series or reference number; if you don’t know it, send a photo of the front to info@tegui-distel.com. You don’t need to buy a module to request a printing template. Templates for Series 7, Sfera New, Robur, and Europa should not be assumed to be interchangeable.

Are you looking for a template or a replacement part?

If you need to replace the paper with the name on it, you’re looking for a printable template. If the nameplate holder, button, or module is broken, you’re looking for a physical part that must be identified by its reference number and compatibility. The 352200 directory module is a physical product; it is not a PDF template for printing.

Sfera Robur card holder templates by reference

Select the file that includes the reference number for your front panel or module. The reference numbers are kept as they appear in the supplied templates.

How to edit and print name labels

  1. Download the template for your range and format.
  2. Open the Word file and replace the sample text with the names or apartment numbers. Keep the cell sizes, margins, and page layout unchanged.
  3. Print a test at actual size or 100% scale, without fitting to page.
  4. Check the dimensions against the card holder before cutting and inserting the cards.

These downloads provide name label sheets; they do not include card holders or physical spare parts. They are not universal templates, and we have not verified the physical fit for every panel.
