Checks for the installer

• Voltage, current type, and power consumption required by the door strike.
• Opening operation and behavior in the event of a power failure.
• Mechanism dimensions, fixings, and door-frame housing.
• Mounting orientation and adjustments supported by this reference.

Is it compatible with any door-entry system?

Compatibility should not be assumed based on the brand of the door-entry system or merely because the nominal voltage matches. The installer must verify both the electrical and control requirements and the mechanical installation.

Can it be installed without modifying the frame?

Direct installation is not guaranteed. Check the dimensions, fixings, and door orientation before selecting the replacement.
