Frequently asked questions

Is it compatible with my current installation?

This kit is for 2-wire BUS SCS systems from Tegui / BTicino. If your current installation is 4+N (analog), you would need a different kit. If you have doubts, contact us with a photo and we will confirm it for free.

Can I install it in a renovation without changing all the wiring?

Yes. The 2-wire BUS SCS system only needs 2 cables between the door panel and monitor, which greatly simplifies installation in renovations compared to 4+N systems.

Is the image quality good?

Yes. The Sfera New panel includes a high-definition (HQ) color camera and the Series 8 monitor has a 4.3" color screen for a sharp and wide image.

How long does delivery take?
